We are in need of seasonal help during the hatching season of exotic poultry. Employees will need to gather the eggs, build nesting boxes, sanitize the incubators, hatcher, barns and pens. Operate incubators/hatcher, adjust temperature, humidity and handle the eggs. During November to December employees will handle and care for the young chicks. During January and early February employees will need to separate, sex and prepare birds for shipping. Employees will need to drive pick up truck to haul the birds to shipping locations. After birds are shipped employees will need to sanitize the pens and barns for the next season. The employer, at its sole discretion, grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at the previous season’s rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
