• Implement parent-provided early childhood development curriculum that supports the different areas of child development and aligns with the family’s established values and home environment for children aged 2, 4 and 7.
• Stimulate the intellectual, physical and emotional growth and development by teaching basic language skills, providing interactive learning activities and ensuring over-all wellbeing.
• Develop interactive and sensory activities tailored to the child’s attention span, ensuring developmental growth. Use behavior management techniques, such as reward systems, to encourage task completion and good behavior.
• Employ structured routines and calming strategies to manage ADHD symptoms and promote the child’s emotional stability.
• Assist with daily tasks such as feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene, considering the child’s unique physical and developmental needs.
• Manage allergy management protocols to ensure exposure to known allergy triggers are avoided and to provide appropriate medications and/or care if allergy is triggered.
• Source and execute activities, field trips, etc., that support developmental, language and cultural enrichment activities.
• Update parents regarding the child’s progress against developmental goals.
• Transport child to and from various activities.
• Organize games, art, music, and field trips to foster overall development.
• Reinforce character formation rooted in kindness, honesty, patience, self-control, forgiveness, and gratitude
• Respect and support the family’s moral framework in caregiving and educational practices.
