Ranch work. On horseback & foot, incl. but not limited to herding, sorting, calving, castrating, branding, horn tipping, lambing, vaccinating, feeding. Unloading & loading grain & hay. Controlling predators. Checking & maintaining livestock. Cut & clear brush with hand tools & machinery. Horse care incl. but not limited to stall cleaning, feeding, shoeing, training, foaling. Clean & repair tack. Record keeping. Service & repair equipment. Check, maintain, & repair water lines, pumps, roads & fences. Heavy workload during seasonal breeding, calving, lambing, foaling, working cattle, training colts, & during drought or other excessive weather conditions.
