Duties: Responsible for informing guests of available activities, assisting with activity equipment available such as bikes, golfing, kayaks, paddle boards, ensuring that entry areas to pools, beach, and pier are clean and free of debris, providing precise directions and offering suggestions to guests for both resort amenities and nearby destinations, and collecting any used towels on lounge chairs and return chairs to upright position.
Requirements: Six (6) months of recreation activities service experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.
Pay Rate: $16.07 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $24.11 - $27.00 per hour. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.
Shifts: Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 11:00am to 7:00pm. Shift hours may vary.
