Shift Information

• Night Shift
• 1 x 12-hour shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Requirements & Skills

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington
• Proven skills in patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and patient monitoring
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Thorough knowledge of nursing best practices and safety protocols
• Adaptability to work efficiently during night hours and manage a 12-hour shift
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during assigned shifts
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes promptly to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment adhering to infection control policies
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and urgent patient needs during the night shift

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Washington RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices

Compensation: Hourly rate between $52.00 - $61.00, paid weekly through Quick2Hire staffing agency.
