Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse in Lubbock, TX, for a 16-week pediatric assignment with a consistent day-shift schedule and 36 guaranteed hours each week.

Position Details

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients and monitor their condition.
• Document care and communicate relevant updates with the care team.
• Support coordination of care in the pediatric unit.

Requirements

• Required certifications: BLS and PALS.
• Required charting system experience: Epic.
• Respiratory: BiPAP/CPAP management and oxygen delivery systems.
• Gastrointestinal: Breastfeeding support and handling of breast milk; bottle, breast, and gavage feedings.
• IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Central line and implanted line care.
• Endocrine/Metabolic: Hyperbilirubinemia.
• Cardiovascular: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Professional skills: Isolation precautions and PPE.
• Work setting: Pediatric MedSurg.
