We are seeking dependable, highly positive team players who show up consistently for their team and residents, bring a uplifting attitude to work every day, and are genuinely passionate about enriching the lives of both our residents and fellow staff members.

  • Administer medications and treatments (including IV therapy, injections, and specialized wound care) with precision and care.
  • Oversee and manage complex clinical needs common in long-term and sub-acute care, such as catheter care, enteral tube feeding, ostomy care, and pain management.
  • Direct and collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Medication Aides to ensure seamless, resident-centered care during every shift.
  • Participate in care planning, interdisciplinary team meetings, and discharge planning for short-term rehabilitation guests.
  • Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and handle urgent clinical situations with confidence and sound judgment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, infection control protocols, and Nebraska state long-term care regulations.

    What We Are Looking For

  • Dependability & Commitment: Reliable attendance is critical to our team and residents. We need professionals who take pride in being punctual and accountable, avoiding unnecessary call-offs.
  • Positive Energy & Cultural Fit: A vibrant, solution-oriented attitude that brightens the facility and inspires team cohesion.
  • Team-First Mindset: A true team player eager to collaborate across departments and support coworkers whenever needed.
  • Passion for Elder Care: A sincere desire to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to enrich our community daily.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska (or a valid Compact/Multi-State RN license).
  • CPR/BLS Certification required.
  • Prior experience in long-term care, geriatrics, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is highly preferred (new graduates with strong clinical drive and excellent references are welcome to apply).
  • Solid clinical background in physical assessment, medication administration, infection control, and care plan execution.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

If you are an energetic, dependable RN who wants to work in a supportive, positive environment where your hard work is valued and your presence truly makes a difference, we encourage you to apply today!
