Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Omaha. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centered care, manage individualized care plans, and work alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and compassionate service.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Care: Administer medications, treatments, and perform specialized nursing care according to physician orders and resident care plans.
Assessment & Documentation: Conduct daily clinical assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and family members to manage resident care plans.Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, Medicare standards, and facility safety/infection control protocols.
Leadership: Supervise nursing assistants (CNAs/RNAs) during your shift to ensure high standards of daily care delivery.
Qualifications
Education & License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska (or Compact state license).
Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification required.
Experience: 3+ years of nursing experience preferred (Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, or Long-Term Care background is a plus).
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, proficiency with EHR systems, and excellent interpersonal communication.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts (DAY, EVENING, NOC shift available, weekends as well)
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
