Job Summary

Ambassador Health of Omaha LTC Acute Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Specialty Care Unit. Ambassador Health is a pioneer in pediatric post-acute care and was the first in the region to establish a pediatric post-acute unit.

Our Pediatric Specialty Care Unit provides intensive nursing and rehabilitative care to children from newborn to 21 years of age with complex medical needs who no longer require acute hospital care but are not yet ready to return home.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support children and families through recovery, rehabilitation, and transition home while working alongside a highly trained and dedicated pediatric care team.

Qualifications

- Current Nebraska RN license

- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

- CPR certification (Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer)

- One year of clinical experience preferred

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules
