FULL-TIME: $80,000 BASE SALARY + PERFORMANCE BONUS
PART-TIME WEEKENDS: $40/HOUR + MILEAGE

Elite Professionals Home Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for TWO GREAT OPPORTUNITIES:
FULL-TIME RN CASE MANAGER
$80,000 annual salary + performance bonus
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Rotating on-call approximately 1 weekend/month
Clinical leadership, education, and growth opportunities
PART-TIME WEEKEND RN
$40/hour + mileage
Every other weekend
Home health experience required
Weekday training required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage patient care from admission through discharge.
Complete OASIS assessments, admissions, recertifications, resumptions, and discharges.
Develop and oversee individualized Plans of Care.
Perform home visits and monitor patient progress.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide wound care and wound vac management when needed.

Active Nebraska RN license.
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

Solid work history and excellent background
Home health experience required for the part-time weekend position.
