Sign-On Bonus: $5,500 for RNs $4,500 for LPNs Contingent upon working 64 committed hours per pay period Professional Development: IV Certification Training Lab Draw Training Tuition Reimbursement for qualifying employees Opportunities to strengthen and expand your nursing skills What You'll Do As an RN, you will: Provide and coordinate high-quality, resident-centered care Assess residents and initiate appropriate interventions Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned staff Participate in care planning and ensure care plans are followed Administer medications according to facility policies Maintain accurate and professional documentation Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team Promote a respectful, dignified, and compassionate care environment As an LPN, you will: Provide compassionate, quality care to our residents Supervise CNAs and other assigned non-licensed staff Observe residents and initiate appropriate interventions Administer medications according to facility policies Assist with resident care planning and communication Maintain accurate and professional documentation Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team What We're Looking For Current RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin Compassionate and dependable approach to resident care Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to treating residents with dignity, respect, and kindness Professional Development At Shady Lane, we support our employees in strengthening their skills, expanding their knowledge, and advancing their nursing careers.
