De-heading shrimp; de-veining shrimp; clean crabs — extract shell off of crab to clean; washing seafood; weighing and tagging of crawfish; washing, grading, and sorting crawfish; preparing seafood for processing; removing inedible parts of seafood; clean/remove waste from edible portion of seafood; pick/remove trash/foreign matter from seafood; prepare seafood for sale or consumption; weigh product; place seafood in appropriate containers after processing for sale and/or consumption; mark/label product; examine product to meet specifications; cut bait; daily cleanup and sanitization of worksite and equipment.
