Facilitate food service. Clean and clear tables of used linens, china, utensils. Set tables; replenish supply of clean linens, china, utensils. Supply service bar with food. Serve water, condiments, and coffee. Run food from kitchen to patrons’ tables. Help set up / break down buffets and keep buffet replenished with food, dishes, containers and utensils. May perform other reasonable job related duties as needed.
