Job Description

Oversee serving staff during set up, serving and clearing; train new servers on the floor; build/maintain rapport with the club members; assume server duties as required, particularly in the service of special guests of honor and VIPs; required to set an exemplary example and to ensure the highest level of service that is provided by the clubs serving staff. Supervise approximately 4-5 people.
