A Sugar Analyst Technician analyses raw sugar and juice for the purpose of manufacturing sugar cane crop into raw sugar. They are using the following equipment to confirm color, content of sugar, and that the product is good quality and meets all the correct levels for ph, brix, pol, starch, dextran, reduction in sugar, bagacillo and color in the final product. The equipment used to perform this process are hydrometer, spectrophotometer, turbidimeter, conductometer, a vacuum oven and a ph meter. This worker works in the lab handling the samples of the sugar throughout the raw sugar process.
