Support Staff will be responsible for providing friendly and welcoming service to members and taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing member inquiries. They will help ensure that members have exceptional experience during their stay and assist in greeting members upon arrival. They will assist in food preparation at the final stages, which includes adding ramekins of sauces or ketchup to customer’s plates. Support Staff must ensure all health and safety standards are met while maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas. They will aid in restocking supplies as needed. Support Staff will assist in cleaning tables, dishes, pots, and pans and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. They will assist with the heavy lifting in the kitchen which includes bringing heavy trays of food to the dining room area. If needed, they will take reservations and enter them into the electronic reservation system and help run food between the kitchen and the dining area. They will communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and will assist members with entering and exiting dining room.
Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 9:00am - 5:00pm, 4:00pm to 12:00am. Shift hours may vary.
