Waiters/Waitresses will be responsible for greeting customers, seating customers, setting up the dining areas, taking and placing guest orders in person or over the phone, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. Setting up the dining areas includes set tables with Silverware, glassware, plates, napkins, condiments. Refill salt, pepper, sugar, and station supplies. Polish glassware and silverware. Check table alignment and overall appearance of dining room. Prepare coffee, tea supplies, extra utensils. Review specials, menu changes, and reservations with staff. Maintain table cleanliness, and reset tables, clear tables. Restock supplies for next shift. Waiter/Waitress may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
