Clear snow and ice from farm buildings, access roads and work area to maintain safety and accessibility for trucks hailing grain. Conduct winterization of equipment and machinery, including draining fluids, applying antifreeze and protecting engines from freezing. Perform
necessary repairs to farm buildings and infrastructure impacted by weather conditions (e.g. repairing roofs, fixing fences, insulating barns for farm equipment to operate efficiently. Operate snow removal equipment such as snowplows and skid steer. Monitor fuel, antifreeze and other winter related supplies and report inventory needs.
