Fountain Drinks:
Worker would use an ice scoop to scoop ice into a paper cup, use the cup to push the lever of the fountain drink machine, fill the cup with product, place a lid on the cup and provide the cup to the customer.
Sausage, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers.
Meats come precooked and only need to be reheated.
Toppings come packaged in bite size pieces.
Olive oil is poured onto the grill, and Meat & Toppings placed on the flat grill in the hot oil to bring them to serving temperature.
Tongs & spatula would be tools used.
Buns or rolls or tortillas would be toasted on the grill.
Food item assembled (Bread + Meat + Toppings) using tongs, spatula and/or spoon.

Perform variety of attending duties at mobile food concession. Arrange tables and decorations according to instructions. Communicate with customers regarding orders. Accept payment from customers. Serve food, beverages or desserts to customers. Prepare daily food items and simple foods and beverages using proper safety precautions and safety measures. Clean & organize eating, service, and kitchen areas. Perform cleaning duties to keep equipment and facilities sanatory.
