Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, and loading animals; Assist in live birth deliveries of cows and heifers; Mix, grind, deliver, move feed/feedstuffs to cattle to supplement diet; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Administer medications, vaccinations, shots, oral wormers, pour on wormers, etc. as appropriate; Clean and maintain animal housing areas; Inspect, maintain, prepare, repair livestock facilities, buildings, pens, yards, and fences; Move livestock from one location to another; Break ice in water tanks. Must speak and understand English.
