Mandatory Requirements to Apply
Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain South Dakota licensure upon hire
Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory clinic setting
Knowledge of medication administration, patient assessments, and clinical documentation
Experience with patient rooming, vital signs, and treatment preparation
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, Registered Nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Experience with referrals, prior authorizations, and clinic workflows preferred
Previous healthcare experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare examination and treatment rooms while supporting efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
Complete patient intake activities including rooming, vital signs, data collection, and documentation.
Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and assist with treatment plans within LPN scope of practice.
Support patient education, discharge instructions, referrals, prior authorizations, and care coordination activities.
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality patient care.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
Salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year
Additional Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.73 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
