Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Wenatchee, WA
Duration: Contract
Shift Timings: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), Thursday–Saturday
Pay: $1820/ week
Job Description:
Provide nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), including monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and delivering treatments as prescribed.
Assess residents’ conditions, report changes in health status, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation in PointClickCare (PCC) and follow facility protocols, safety standards, and care plans.
Work a consistent night-shift block schedule with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:23. Overtime opportunities are available.
Requirements:
Active Washington State LPN license.
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
Availability to work night shifts, Thursday–Saturday.
Ability to provide quality resident care and maintain accurate documentation.
Additional Details:
36 hours per week.
65-bed facility.
