The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay:$45-47/hr. this will include working every other weekend
Hours:
NOC - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
Medication administration
Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
Observing residents and appropriately documenting
Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
Follow safety guidelines
MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Skills
MUST have an RN
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement. Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
