Requirements and Skills

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong clinical skills relevant to emergency care settings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate symptoms promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as necessary
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care instructions

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in Wisconsin required
• Previous experience in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification at minimum; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $61.00 to $72.00 based on qualifications and experience.
