Manually clean, dry and store peanuts. Shovel peanuts. Sweep up spilled peanuts. Observe the continuous movement of peanuts as they pass through different stages of the cleaning process to ensure steady, uninterrupted operation so that malfunctions can be detected. As part of the production process, dump peanuts into trailers by pressing a button which electronically dumps the peanuts into the wagons. Hook up peanut dryer to trailers. Pull samples. Clean pits. Change tires on trailers and wagons. Hand wash wagons/trailers with a water hose. Clean up peanut spillage and any other post-harvest sanitation needed-general cleaning.
