Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist – Therapy/Rehabilitation

We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated Therapy/Rehabilitation team in Walla Walla, WA. Shift & Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5 days, 8 hours each)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy within acute care and adult rehabilitation facility settings
• Demonstrated proficiency in charting systems, preferably Epic
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist License (WA LIC)
• Skilled in edema massage and kinesiotaping techniques (required)
• Experienced in fabrication and application of prosthetics and orthotics, including functional splints, orthoplast, and static splints (required)
• No travel experience required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy treatments tailored to patients’ individual needs
• Provide edema massage and kinesiotaping as therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes
• Fabricate and apply functional, static, and orthoplast splints to support rehabilitation goals
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Epic or preferred electronic charting systems
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic practices and assistive techniques to promote independence
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and maintain current licensure and certifications

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington
• Strong clinical skills in both acute care and adult rehabilitation settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care

Compensation and Benefits
