Employees will keep the outside of both private commercial buildings (office buildings, retail centers) and residential buildings in clean and orderly condition by removing snow from sidewalks, driveways, or parking areas, using snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; gather and empty trash and debris by hand or with a trash picker. Workers will perform cleaning of private properties including manual snow/ice/leaf removal from sidewalks, driveways, yards, or parking areas using snow shovels, snow blowers, leaf blowers, rakes, ice chippers, or salt spreaders; trash/debris pickup; fall/winter storm cleanup including clearing debris from grounds; and dormant tree/shrub winter pruning. Clean and perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools when not in use. Entry level; requires supervision.
