Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekends and holidays required

Requirements & Skills

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license or credential
• Proven experience in respiratory care and therapy
• Strong knowledge of respiratory equipment and patient care techniques
• Ability to assess patient respiratory status and implement treatment plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and medications as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patients’ respiratory conditions and response to therapy
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment ensuring safety and effectiveness
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health
• Ensure accurate documentation of respiratory treatments, assessments, and patient progress

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Current state licensure or certification as a Respiratory Therapist
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $55.00 - $65.00
