Shift Information

• 8-hour varied shifts, typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Schedule may adjust according to patient care needs

Requirements and Skills

• Valid and current Physical Therapist license as required by state regulations
• Proven ability to assess patient physical conditions and develop effective treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and rehabilitation procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and needs through detailed assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and prevent disability
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
• Document patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families about recovery and prevention techniques

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nebraska or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience with varied patient populations preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Compensation

Hourly rate: $64.00 - $76.00
