Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday through Friday

Requirements & Skills

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nebraska
• Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices to assess and treat physical, emotional, or developmental conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and multidisciplinary team members
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong clinical judgment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patients’ recovery and daily living skills
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support continued progress
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Nebraska Occupational Therapy license
• Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and patient-centered care

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $59.00 to $69.00
