Shift / Schedule

• AM Shift
• Monday through Friday (typical hours for morning shifts)

Requirements and Skills

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current state licensure
• Proficient in evaluating patients and developing personalized treatment plans
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, rehabilitation techniques, and therapeutic exercises
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed records
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluate physical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Nebraska
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
