Shift Information

  • Shift: AM
  • Schedule: Daytime hours to fit within morning shift requirements

Requirements & Skills

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with valid state licensure
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and protocols
  • Ability to assess patient mobility and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
  • Demonstrated ability to document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapies as necessary to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Nebraska
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
