Requirements & Skills

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
• Proven experience in dialysis nursing
• Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot dialysis equipment
• Knowledge of infection control standards and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Ensure dialysis equipment is properly maintained and sanitized
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and care requirements
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control guidelines
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients throughout treatment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
• Relevant dialysis nursing experience preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and long periods of standing

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $52.00 to $62.00
