Shift & Schedule

• Flexible shifts with competitive hourly pay

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $63.00 - $74.00
• Paid weekly via Quick2Hire with dedicated recruiter support

Requirements & Skills

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Prior ICU or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS are a plus
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection control policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the ICU

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license in Wisconsin required
• Minimum of 1 year critical care or ICU nursing experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
