Shift & Schedule

Requirements & Skills

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Experience in Medical-Surgical (MS), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and/or Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) nursing preferred
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care in critical and complex clinical settings
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Proficient in electronic medical records and documentation standards
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care protocols

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in MS, ICU, and IMC units following established standards and protocols
• Monitor patients’ conditions closely, interpret vital data, and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education as needed

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 1-2 years clinical experience in MS, ICU, or IMC nursing preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Detail-oriented with commitment to patient-centered care
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical environments

Compensation: $65.00 to $77.00 per hour
