Requirements & Skills

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing judgment skills
• Experience in ambulatory or outpatient care settings preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and workflows
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Flexibility to float between multiple clinics as assigned
• Professionalism with a patient-centered care approach

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ambulatory clinic settings
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered
• Adapt nursing practices to meet the needs of diverse patient populations across various clinics
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for high-quality clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum experience in ambulatory or outpatient nursing preferred, but flexible based on candidate expertise
• Valid BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking, clinical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage changing clinical demands with professionalism and teamwork

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $59.00 - $69.00 per hour
