Shift and Schedule

• Variable day shifts
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays required

Requirements and Skills

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license and credentials
• Proven experience assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient advocacy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, and swallowing functions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Record and maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families regarding communication disorders and therapy approaches

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
• Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
